After studying applied arts at the ENSAAMA (Paris)<br />

and decorative arts at the ENSAD (Paris) and spending<br />

a short time at the Middlesex Polytechnic (London),<br />

he joined fi lm decoration teams and worked as<br />

a builder, painter, sculptor, prop master, assistant, set<br />

designer, and art director. A plastic artist, he never<br />

stopped exhibiting his works all over the world. In<br />

the late 1990s, he lived in New York, where he associated<br />

with many members <strong>of</strong> the local independent<br />

cinema scene. These people created in him the desire<br />

to make a movie, and it took fi ve years to complete it.<br />

His production designer credits include Petite Copine<br />

(short, Rodolphe Balaguer), 2001 Un Jeu d’Enfants<br />

(Laurent Tuel), and 2003 K.O. (short, Raphaël Frydman)<br />

and many commercials and music videos.<br />
