a bachelor’s degree in art and communication from<br />

from New York University. Having returned to<br />

France, she started out as a trainee assistant director<br />

(1988 Bille en Tête, Carlo Cotti). From 1986 to 1991,<br />

she served as a second assistant director on feature<br />
