CITTI, CHRISTINE (1962, Paris, France–)<br />

Born to physicist parents, she was trained as a classical<br />

dancer at age fi fteen with Monique Capdevielle<br />

and Daniel Franck. From 1982 to 1984, she attended<br />

Patrice Chéreau’s school at the Théâtre des Amandiers.<br />

A stage, TV, and fi lm actress (more than twenty<br />

movies from 1981 Le Voyage d’Hiver, short, Fred de<br />

Fooko, to 2008 J’te souhaite au Revoir, Guillaume<br />

Laurant), she directed a couple <strong>of</strong> feature fi lms. Her<br />

brother is actor Marc Citti.<br />

Firminy, Loire, France–)<br />

From 1982 to 1986, he studied philosophy at the<br />

University <strong>of</strong> Lyon 3. Having graduated with a bachelor’s<br />

degree and a master’s degree (his master’s<br />

thesis was on opera fi lm), he taught philosophy at<br />

the Autun military high school after his military<br />

service. In 1987, he entered the Femis (directing<br />

section). After graduating in 1991, he directed a play<br />

(Pierre-Erwan Guillaume’s Somnambules) and then a<br />

documentary short. Other credit (as himself): 2004<br />

Anges 1943, Histoire d’un <strong>Film</strong> (documentary, short,<br />
