7. Level analysis in frequency domain using
MARKER functions
½ Press the NORMAL key in the MARKER field.
Measured values can be read in the marker field at
the screen top.

½ Move the marker on the trace with the aid of the
spinwheel.
The respective level and frequency values are
displayed in the marker field.

The MARKER SEARCH menu is opened.

½ Press the PEAK softkey.
The marker is positioned at the maximum level in
the display.

½ Press the NEXT PEAK softkey.
The marker moves to the next lower level in the
spectrum irrespective of whether the frequency is
higher or lower than that of the previously measured
PEAK value.

RIGHT
½ Press the NEXT PEAK RIGHT softkey.
The marker is displayed on the next level at a higher
frequency (see Fig.2-5).
The displayed spectrum can be further analyzed
with the aid of up to four markers. The markers can
be assigned to different traces.
