The RUN SCAN softkey starts the frequency<br />

scan with the selected settings. The HOLD<br />

SCAN submenu is displayed instead of the<br />

menu shown before the scan is started.<br />

The HOLD SCAN softkey interrupts the scan.<br />

The CONTINUE SCAN submenu is displayed. The scan stops at<br />

the frequency at which it was interrupted until it is continued with<br />

the CONT AT REC FREQ or CONTINUE AT HOLD softkeys.<br />

While the scan is stopped, the receiver settings can be changed,<br />

eg for a detailed analysis of the recorded trace.<br />

With the CONT AT REC FREQ softkey the scan is continued at<br />

the current receiver frequency when the receiver frequency is<br />

lower than the frequency at which the scan was interrupted.<br />

Otherwise the scan continues at the frequency at which it was<br />

interrupted.<br />

CONTINUE<br />

AT HOLD<br />

With the CONT AT HOLD softkey the scan is continued where it<br />

was interrupted. The scan is always continued with the settings<br />

in the scan table.<br />

STOP<br />

SCAN<br />

The STOP SCAN softkey stops the scan. Upon restart, scanning<br />

starts at the beginning. The results of the performed<br />

measurements are lost.<br />
