6. Starting the scan<br />

½ Press the RUN SCAN softkey.<br />

The measurement with the selected PEAK and<br />

AVERAGE detectors is continuously repeated<br />

because the default setting CONTINUOUS SCAN<br />

remains unchanged.<br />

At the same time the HOLD SCAN and STOP<br />

SCAN softkeys are displayed with the aid of which<br />

the scan can be interrupted (HOLD SCAN) or<br />

aborted (STOP SCAN).<br />

In the example the scan should be aborted.<br />
