SOURce Subsystem
The SOURce subsystem controls the output signals of the instrument when the option Tracking
Generator is installed. In the analyzer mode, in the split screen mode, a distinction is made between
SOURce1 (screen A) and SOURce2 (screen B).

:SOURce:AM:STATe ON | OFF
This command switches on or off the external amplitude modulation of the tracking generator.
Example: ":SOUR:AM:STAT ON "
Features: *RST-value: OFF
SCPI: conforming
Modes:
R, A, VA
External ALC and external I/Q-modulation is switched off, if active. This command is only valid in
conjunction with option Tracking Generator.
:SOURce:DM:STATe ON | OFF
This command switches on or off the external delta modulation of the tracking generator.
Example: ":SOUR:DM:STAT ON "
Features: *RST- value: OFF
SCPI: conforming
Modes:
R, A, VA
External AM, external ALC, external FM and external frequency offset are switched off, if active. This
command is only valid in conjunction with option Tracking Generator.
