TRIGger Subsystem<br />

:TRIGger[:SEQuence]:LEVel:AF <br />

This command defines the level of the demodulated trigger source.<br />

The units and ranges are:<br />

AM-Demod -120 PCT to +120 PCT (PCT)<br />

FM-Demod -1kHz to +1kHz (Hz)<br />

PM-Demod -12 to + 12 RAD (DEG or RAD)<br />

Example: ":TRIG:LEV:AF 50PCT"<br />

Features: *RST value: 0 PCT<br />

SCPI: device specific<br />

Mode:<br />

VA-A<br />

:TRIGger[:SEQuence]:HOLDoff -100s to 100s<br />

This command defines the length of the trigger delay.<br />

Example: ":TRIG:HOLD 500us"<br />

Features: *RST value: 0s<br />

SCPI: conforming<br />

Modes:<br />

R, A, VA<br />

A negative delay time (pretrigger) can be set in the time domain (SPAN < 0 Hz) only. The maximum<br />

permissible range and the maximum effective resolution of the pretrigger are limited by the set<br />

sweep time (max range= - 499/500 x sweep time; max. resolution = sweep time/500). Pretriggering<br />

is not possible when the rms or the average detector is activated.<br />

:TRIGger[:SEQuence]:SLOPe POSitive | NEGative<br />

This command selects the slope of the trigger signal.<br />

Example: ":TRIG:SLOP NEG"<br />

Features: *RST value: POSitive<br />

SCPI: conforming<br />

Modes:<br />

R, A, VA<br />

The selected trigger slope applies to all trigger signal sources.<br />
