:SYSTem:SET <br />

The query :SYSTem:SET? causes the data of the current instrument setting to be transmitted to the<br />

controller in binary form (SAVE function). The data can be read back into the instrument (RECALL<br />

function) by means of command :SYSTem:SET . If the data records are stored on the<br />

instrument harddisk with SAVE/RECALL (:MMEMory:STORe bzw. :MMEMory:LOAD), it is possible<br />

to store the data in an external computer by means of :SYSTem:SET.<br />

Example: ":SYST:SET "<br />

R, A, VA<br />

The receive terminator has to be set to EOI to ensure reliable transfer of data (setting<br />

SYST:COMM:GPIB:RTER EOI).<br />

:SYSTem:SPEaker:VOLume 0 to 1<br />

This command sets the volume of the built-in loudspeaker for demodulated signals.The numeric<br />

suffix selects the measurement window.<br />

Volume control is only possible if the volume control knob on the front panel is set to REMOTE.<br />

Example: ":SYST:SPE:VOL 0.5"<br />

Features: *RST value: 0<br />

SCPI: device-specific<br />

Modes:<br />

R, A<br />

The value 0 is the lowest volume, the value 1 is the highest volume.<br />

:SYSTem:TIME 0 to 23, 0 to 59, 0 to 59<br />

This command sets the internal clock.<br />

Example: ":SYST:TIME 12,30,30"<br />

The sequence of entry is hour, minute, second.<br />

:SYSTem:VERSion?<br />

This command queries the number of the SCPI version, which is relevant for the instrument.<br />

Example: ":SYST:VERS?"<br />

R, A, VA<br />

This command is a query which is why it is not assigned an *RST value.<br />
