KINS completed the development of e‐FASTs for each 5 types of NPPs, such as<br />

KSNP(<strong>Korea</strong> Standard Nuclear Plant, Combustion Eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g PWR‐1000MWe),<br />

CANDU‐6, West<strong>in</strong>ghouse 650MWe & 950MWe, FRAMATOME 950MWe, and those<br />

systems are be<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> use now.<br />

It can simulate the normal/abnormal/emergency operation, transient and accident of<br />

Nuclear Power Plant. Especially, it plays a very important role to take a proper action and<br />

establish a recovery plan <strong>in</strong> case of accident or abnormal condition. If these <strong>in</strong>formation<br />

could be used complementarily <strong>in</strong> connection with emergency preparedness plan, it could<br />

be very useful for the establishment of effective action plan.
