<strong>Regional</strong> <strong>Basic</strong> <strong>Professional</strong> <strong>Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g</strong> <strong>Course</strong> (BPTC) on Nuclear Safety<br />

applicable, (vi) an observed <strong>in</strong>adequacy <strong>in</strong> the implementation of<br />

adm<strong>in</strong>istrative or procedural controls such that the <strong>in</strong>adequacy causes or<br />

could have caused the existence or development of an unsafe condition with<br />

regard to reactor operations;<br />

(2) There shall be a written report with<strong>in</strong> 30 days to the charter<strong>in</strong>g or licens<strong>in</strong>g<br />

authorities of the follow<strong>in</strong>g: (a) permanent changes <strong>in</strong> the facility organization<br />

<strong>in</strong>volv<strong>in</strong>g Level 1 or 2 personnel, (b) significant changes <strong>in</strong> the transient or<br />

accident analysis as described <strong>in</strong> the Safety Analysis Report.<br />

10.10.8. Records<br />

10.10.8.1. Records to be reta<strong>in</strong>ed for a period of at least 5 years or for the life of the<br />

component <strong>in</strong>volved if less than 5 years<br />

10.10.8.2. Records to be reta<strong>in</strong>ed for at least one certification cycle<br />

10.10.8..3 Records to be reta<strong>in</strong>ed for the lifetime of the reactor facility<br />
