In thefunds there are files about runaways of peasants to Moldova and Wallachia,about works on settlement of the Russian-Romanian border, establishmentof customs outposts and quarantines, about carrying out of new bordersbetween Moldova and Bessarabia under the Parisian peace treaty (1856)and to the Berlin treatise of 1878 and many other things.Materials of the Russian state historical archive testify about othermoments of history of the Romanian state: about a state internal politicalsituation, about the legislation on the territories attached to Bessarabia,about agrarian reforms and the land legislation.In archive funds there are materials about economic and a financialsituation in Romania. Documents on financial audits in Moldova andWallachia; about a course of Russian rouble, a Turkish coin; the Romanianbudget, export and import of the capital, the Romanian accounts in Russianbanks and an order of transfer Romanian leu’s; and also an economic sketchabout Dobruja (1911) are noteworthy.About an industry condition, about investigation of minerals inparticular, it is possible to judge under the report project about opening inMoldova and Wallachia of gold deposits, lead and mercury and about thedevice permission to open mining institutions by mining engineer Eichwaldto emperor Alexander the I st (1812), on the case of attachment from theUral mining factories of two shteigers to Association on a gold-industryin Wallachia (1845).
