Manyreports indicate interesting data about the number of cells that had a churchand about the cells that didn’t. Here as well a list can be made up – not ascomplete as at Prodromu though – a list of superiors and of monks thatwere needed there. Through the letters sent in Romania they would ask forsubventions, supplies, and books in Romanian.The presence of Aromanian and Basarabean monks.Talked about only briefly in documents. There are larger amountsof data for the monks form Basarabia, especially historic data, when thereports make reference to them as living in some Romanian hermitages atAthos.These are only a few aspects of many which can be extracted from thebibliography and especially from the two important works mentioned at thebeginning of my text.
