En la revista Actualidad Penal, número 10, se publica un artículo de

En la Harvard Law Review, número 7, del volumen 114 se insertan
cuatro trabajos, dirigidos por Helen Hershkoff, intitulados: «The promises
of international prosecution»; «Fair trials and the role of international
criminal defense»; «Defining protected groups under the genocide convention»
y «Corporate liability for violations of international human rights
law».
El número 95 del American Journal of International Law, incluye
diversos artículos publicados con ocasión del simposium celebrado sobre
«Reconstrucción después de un conflicto civil». Payam Akhavan publica
un artículo titulado «Beyond impunity: Can International Criminal Justice
prevent future atrocities»; el de Lorna Mac Gregor tiene como rúbrica
