An awkward, unsteady gait is the earliest indicationof such progressive paralysis. Moreover, an articular inflammation, wherever it may be located, is always of special impotance, on account of the organism falling such a ready victim toits consequences. Homoeopathy has given abundant evidence thatit is possessed of means to modify the course of these inflammatiand to impress upon them a favorable change. It has no specificremedies for articular inflammations generally, but for each specform thereof.
