Very acute cases withtrifling or no remissions are almost always fatal. Frequent hemorrhages; foul-smelling excretions, a fetid breath and perspirationsoporous conditions, the access <strong>of</strong> gangrenous decubitus, partialparalysis, rapid prostration with collapse <strong>of</strong> the features, discotion <strong>of</strong> the petechise, subsultus tendinum and grasping at flocks,vitiated constitution and depressing social circumstances are unfavorable prognostic signs.Treaffnent, When treating ichorous abscesses, ulcers or ichorous wounds, or any other pathological processes where gangrenehas supervened, we must always be prepared for the supervention<strong>of</strong> septic phenomena.
