For the hemorrhage which is one <strong>of</strong> the most dangerous incidental symptoms <strong>of</strong> uterine cancer, we refer to the remdies that have been recommended for menorrhagia and metrorrhagia.<strong>The</strong> conduct <strong>of</strong> the patients, outside <strong>of</strong> the use <strong>of</strong> medicines, is<strong>of</strong> the utmost importance. <strong>The</strong>ir anaemic appearance renders ahighly nutritious diet indispensable, perfect cleanliness is likeneedful to their comfort ; nor should injections <strong>of</strong> water into thvagina ever be omitted. [<strong>The</strong> use <strong>of</strong> disinfectants in this diseaseindispensable ; one <strong>of</strong> the best disinfecting agents is the Permannate <strong>of</strong> Potassa to which attention has already been called whenspeaking <strong>of</strong> stomatitis and scurvy <strong>of</strong> the gums.
