We propose: Mercurius vivus^ Phosphorus, Bryonia,Rhus toxicodendron, and Arsenicum. Acute oophoritis sets in with sudden pains inthe region of the ovaries ; most commonly they are dull and indefnite, stinging and burning, and aggravated by hard pressure.
