Hervorzuheben ist weiterhin die Anerkennung von Standards konkurrierender Organisa-
tionen, mit denen der ACHS ein Abkommen getroffen hat. Diese Maßnahme verfolgt den
Zweck, doppelte Bewertungen bei inhaltlich gleichlautenden Standards zu verhindern, um bei
allen Akteuren einen unnötigen Arbeitsaufwand zu vermeiden. Konkret bestehen derartige
Abkommen mit dem Community Health Accreditation and Standards Programm (CHASP), 525
und dem Western Metropolitan Health Service Standards (WMHSS) 526 . In ähnlicher Art und
Weise kann bei der Präsentation und Verifikation von Laborleistungen während der Überprü-
fung verfahren werden, wenn diese nach dem Registrierungsschema der National Association
of Testing Authorities und des Royal College of Pathologists of Australia (NATA/RCPA) erfolgt
