FREEEAST TURKISTAN SYMPOSIUMThe Memorandum gives a comprehensive outline of how to implementthe provisions of national regional autonomy for minority nationalities that areenshrined in the constitution of the PRC for the entire Tibetan nation.The Memorandum consists of seven sections.
