Themost effective power for a civil society is an independent Chinese NGO whichsupports justice and rights.All NGOs should be encouraged to expand the boycott applied againstChinese goods as has been defined by some NGOs; this boycott calls for atermination of the violations inflicted by China on the people of East Turkistan.The Islamic Conference Organization should immediately convene and passa resolution to apply political, economic and legal sanctions/boycotts againstChina.The East Turkistan issue is not merely an issue of the people of East Turkistan.Therefore, the people of other nations should also become organized to supportthe people of East Turkistan in every aspect. In particular, countries in whichMuslims are living have a much greater responsibility to work harder for theirEast Turkistan brothers and sisters.NGOs are considered to be much more effective in getting solutions, as theyare the voices of society; countries that have political and economic relationshipswith China tend to remain silent.
