Automated Installations
If you need to configure a large number of SharePoint Portal Server servers across an
enterprise or want to ensure consistency of installations, you can automate the
installation of SharePoint Portal Server by using either the command line or
Setup.exe with an INI file.
Using the Command Line for Installation
You can use the command line to run setup for SharePoint Portal Server by performing
these actions:
1. Log on to the computer running Microsoft Windows Server 2003 as a local or
domain administrator.
2. Open command prompt.

Hooray! Your file is uploaded and ready to be published.
