5. On the Template Selection page, click Document Workspace in the Template<br />

box, <strong>and</strong> then click OK.<br />

You have just created a generic Document Workspace site, <strong>and</strong> by clicking on<br />

Add new document, you can upload any document on which you plan to collaborate.<br />

A Document Workspace site includes many of the same Web Parts included<br />

with sites based on the Team Site template, such as:<br />

■ Announcements<br />

■ Contacts<br />

■ Events<br />

■ General Discussion<br />

■ Links<br />

■ Members<br />

■ Shared Documents<br />

■ Tasks<br />

Creating a Private Document Workspace Site<br />

An alternate method is to create a private Document Workspace site for a document<br />

already published in a document library. (See Figure 16-6.) To do this, follow these<br />

steps:<br />

1. In a Web browser, go to the document library where the document is stored.<br />

2. Point to the name of the document, <strong>and</strong> click the Edit arrow that appears.
