To open a SharePoint site in FrontPage 2003<br />

1. With FrontPage 2003 open, click Open Site (shown in Figure 32-1) on the<br />

File menu.<br />

The Open Site dialog box (shown in Figure 32-2) is displayed.<br />

2. In the Site name box, type the website address (the URL) of your website.<br />

Examples include http://localhost, http://servername, or http://www.example.com.<br />

Then click the Open button. If prompted, provide the user name <strong>and</strong> password<br />

for opening the website in FrontPage 2003.<br />

Tip You can also open a site in FrontPage 2003 by browsing to it in Internet<br />

Explorer, <strong>and</strong> then choosing Edit With <strong>Microsoft</strong> Office FrontPage from<br />

the File menu or clicking the Edit button on the St<strong>and</strong>ard Buttons toolbar.<br />

FrontPage 2003 will open not only the current page but the entire Share-<br />

Point <strong>Products</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Technologies</strong> portal site that contains the current page.
