Sending User Names <strong>and</strong> Passwords in E-mail<br />

Use this setting to specify whether user names <strong>and</strong> passwords are sent in e-mail<br />

messages to new users. This setting is used for Active Directory user account mode<br />

only. See Figure 15-8.<br />

Use this setting to enable or disable e-mail-enabled document libraries <strong>and</strong> to specify<br />

the public folder path for e-mail attachments <strong>and</strong> how frequently to check for new<br />

attachments. See Figure 15-9.<br />

Windows SharePoint Services includes the ability to link a document library<br />

with a public folder based on <strong>Microsoft</strong> Exchange 2000 or later. Any documents<br />
