In the Group section, select a group from the list. By default, three groups are<br />

created: Highlight, General, <strong>and</strong> Expert. Listings, when they’re displayed on the area<br />

or Topic Web page, will be grouped by these names. In the Image section, enter the<br />

address for a graphics file you want to display with this listing <strong>and</strong> select the target<br />

audience you want to see this listing. For more information on Audiences, see<br />

Chapter 23.<br />

In the Location section, click Change location to display the Choose Location<br />

page, as illustrated in Figure 20-7. Click the appropriate check boxes to list the listing<br />

in a different portal area or to select additional areas.<br />

The Add Listing Web page displays attributes of the link item <strong>and</strong> can be<br />

thought of as equivalent to a property page for the listing. There are more attributes<br />

for a listing than those displayed on the Add Listing Web page. To modify all the<br />

attributes of a listing, you’ll need to navigate to an area’s Portal Listings list <strong>and</strong> select<br />

Edit from the listings item’s drop-down menu. A Change Settings <br />

Web page is displayed with four tabs: General, Publishing, Display, <strong>and</strong> Search, as<br />

illustrated in Figure 20-8.
