You must choose one of the following parameters for the type of data to<br />

back up:<br />

■ /all. Backs up all data from all portal sites <strong>and</strong> team databases.<br />

■ /teamdbs. Backs up all team databases.<br />

■ /ssodb. Backs up all data from single sign-on databases.<br />

■ /doclib. Backs up all data from backward-compatible document libraries.<br />

■ /portal site portal siteUrl. Backs up the portal site with the specified portal<br />

site URL.<br />

You might also add the following optional parameter to the /portal site portal<br />

siteUrl parameter:<br />

■ /service. Backs up a specific service, either sitedbs or index.<br />

The following parameters are added next:<br />

■ /file backupfilepath\fileprefix. This required parameter specifies the files<br />

that contain the backup image. backupfilepath is the directory to the location<br />

of backup files, <strong>and</strong> fileprefix is the first few characters in the file names of the<br />

backup files.<br />

■ /overwrite. This optional parameter overwrites any previous backup<br />

image.
