3. From the list of shared locations, select To a SharePoint form library
(Figure 39-5).

4. Select Create new form library (recommended).
5. Specify the URL of the SharePoint site where you want to create the form
library.
6. Type the name and description of the form library. The name and description
will be displayed on the form library page on the SharePoint site. The name is
mandatory; the description is optional.
7. On the next page, specify the names of the fields that you would like to promote
(Figure 39-6). This process is called a field, or properties, promotion. It
allows a designer to select fields from a form data source that will become form
library columns in the SharePoint form library.

Form template designers define what form data will be displayed on the
form library page. The form data is displayed in a table; the data in the columns
