3. From the list of shared locations, select To a SharePoint form library<br />

(Figure 39-5).<br />

4. Select Create new form library (recommended).<br />

5. Specify the URL of the SharePoint site where you want to create the form<br />

library.<br />

6. Type the name <strong>and</strong> description of the form library. The name <strong>and</strong> description<br />

will be displayed on the form library page on the SharePoint site. The name is<br />

m<strong>and</strong>atory; the description is optional.<br />

7. On the next page, specify the names of the fields that you would like to promote<br />

(Figure 39-6). This process is called a field, or properties, promotion. It<br />

allows a designer to select fields from a form data source that will become form<br />

library columns in the SharePoint form library.<br />

Form template designers define what form data will be displayed on the<br />

form library page. The form data is displayed in a table; the data in the columns
