2028 TELNET MISC ERROR IN TELNET VALIDATION<br />

Event 12 TCP–IP GATEWAY EVENT<br />

Description: An error was detected while processing the message. The following<br />

information should be recorded and given to the site analyst:<br />

R13: Current connection states — inbound (upper 4 bits)/outbound (next 4<br />

bits)/(next 8 bits unused). Connection state codes found in TELNET.<br />

R14: PK$MTYPE/PK$ERROR — message type (8 bits)/error code (8 bits) from<br />

current message packet. <strong>Message</strong> types and error codes found in<br />

AADDNDEF.<br />

R15: Error code. Error codes found in AADDNDEF.<br />

The TELNET module generates this CENLOG.<br />

2200 TELNET INV FUNCTION CODE<br />

Description: An invalid parameter was passed to the protocol manager routine. The<br />

TELNET module generates this CENLOG.<br />

2201 TELNET UNSPEC ERROR: PMA PMAXEU10<br />

Description: TCP–IP Stack detected an error in the interface to another software<br />

component. This condition is normally recoverable. The TCP–IP Stack program<br />

product generates this CENLOG.<br />

Action: If the condition persists, contact your support center.<br />

2202 TELNET INTERNAL PROT MGR ERROR<br />

Description: The presentation services routine rejected the calling parameters set up<br />

by the protocol manager routine. The TELNET module generates this CENLOG.<br />

2203 TELNET INV COMMAND : PMC<br />

Description: TCP–IP Stack detected an error in the interface to another software<br />

component. This condition is normally recoverable. The TCP–IP Stack program<br />

product generates this CENLOG.<br />

2400 TELNET CASE LIMIT ERROR: CMS_SVS<br />

Description: An internal error was detected in the command services routine. The<br />
