RIP: Strange SNMP <strong>Message</strong><br />

Description: TCP–IP Stack detected an internal error condition. This condition<br />

usually is recoverable. The TCP–IP Stack program product generates this CENLOG.<br />

RIP: SUBNET NDS has no local IPADR configured<br />

Description: TCP–IP Stack detected a configuration error. An interface configured<br />

by a SUBNET statement has no corresponding IPADR statement that gives a local IP<br />

address to match the IPNETID. The TCP–IP Stack program product generates this<br />

CENLOG.<br />

Action: Verify the configuration to make sure all IP addresses are specified correctly.<br />

Verify that an IPADR statement specifies the local address for that interface.<br />

RIP: Timer pool allocation failure<br />

Description: RIP cannot acquire enough memory to allocate its timer pool. The<br />

routing information protocol module for the TCP–IP Stack program product generates<br />

this CENLOG.<br />
