Event 15 CONFIGURATION ERROR DETECTED / UNDEFINED
SNA: 2405 – LUs directly chained from POOL ignored
Description: The new boundary function (NBF) handles all of the management
messages for 3270 connected devices, IBF connections to NCPs, and connections to
NT 2.1 devices. The probable cause is a configuration problem.
SNA: 2413 – Xid negotiation error, dlcstate= &&&, code= &&&
Description: The new boundary function (NBF) handles all of the management
messages for 3270 connected devices, IBF connections to NCPs, and connections to
NT 2.1 devices. The & represents a decimal number. The probable cause is a
software problem.
SNA: 2440 – Xid Rejected (Cntrl Vector 022 byte=&& bit=&)
Description: This message indicates a mismatch of XID field values to configured
values. The control vector indicates the byte and the bit offset from byte 0 of the XID
indicating the offending field. The & represents a decimal number.
SNA: 2443 – PU alloc reject, possible primary/secondary conflict
Description: This message occurs as a result of errors or events in a Boundary
Function within SNA/net attempting to configure secondary and primary PUs on the
same line. The probable cause is a configuration problem.
SNA: 2444 – Bad XID: Adr/ID Rcvd: %%/%%%%%%%% Cnfg’d:

Description: This message indicates that the configured Adr (Station Address) or
IDBLK/IDNUM value for a given PU does not match the Address or IDBLK/IDNUM
value on its received XID. Coordination of the Address or IDBLK/IDNUM values with
the desired hardware should be confirmed. The % represents a hexadecimal number
for the Address (2-digit) and IDBLK/IDNUM (8-digit) value.
SNA: 2604 – PC lu list init detected error (Name=@@@@@@@@)
Description: Allocation of memory space for an LU List failed during the
initialization of a specified LU. This is a resource problem and sizing of the system
should be considered. The @ represents an ASCII character.
