Event 2 COMMUNICATIONS LINE PROTOCOL ERROR DETECTED<br />

Supplementary <strong>Message</strong>s for Class 15, Event 02<br />

ABORTED FRAME<br />

Description: The Common Network Management Service (CNMS) X.25 interface<br />

module in PDNSVS received a recoverable line-error notification. The reason is<br />

because the line module received an aborted frame. This event includes the LINE<br />

name.<br />

Attributes affected: Supplementary text message, Line event. The X.25 PSCS<br />

program product generates this CENLOG.<br />

Procedure: PDNSVS<br />

FCS ERROR<br />

Description: The Common Network Management Service (CNMS) X.25 interface<br />

module in PDNSVS received a recoverable line-error notification. The reason is<br />

because the line module could not validate the input frame’s frame-check sequence<br />

(FCS). This event includes the LINE name.<br />

discarded.<br />

UNILPH generates this CENLOG. For more information on UNILPH CENLOG entry<br />

descriptions, refer to Section 1 of this manual.<br />

Action: Caused by invalid SID. Correct at the UTS control page.<br />
