Description: A program received a message that could not be processed because an
error was detected. Telcon generates this CENLOG.
Action: This CENLOG may appear under normal conditions from DTP. If you are
experiencing session problems or if this CENLOG is generated by a module other than
DTP, submit a UCF with a system dump and a console hard copy.
