RIP: No IPNETID found for net # of IPGATEWY
Event 12 TCP–IP GATEWAY EVENT
Description: TCP–IP Stack detected a configuration error. The IPGATEWY
parameter of a SUBNET statement specifies an IP address for which there is no
configured interface. The TCP–IP Stack program product generates this CENLOG.
Action: Verify the configuration to make sure all IP addresses are specified correctly.
RIP: No space for new route
Description: TCP–IP Stack was not able to get needed memory resources. Some
routes may not be available. The TCP–IP Stack program product generates this
CENLOG.
RIP: RIP on but no LINE specified
Description: TCP–IP Stack detected a configuration error. A SUBNET statement
specifies RIP=YES, but does not specify an interface. The TCP–IP Stack program
product generates this CENLOG.
Action: Either remove the RIP parameter, or add a LINE, CHANNEL, or PDNGRP
parameter.
RIP: RIP on but IP Routing is off
Description: TCP–IP Stack detected a configuration error. A SUBNET statement
specified RIP=YES, but does not specify IPROUTER=YES. Some configured
functions may not be available. The TCP–IP Stack program product generates this
CENLOG.
Action: Either set RIP=SILENT or add IPROUTER=YES.
RIP: RIP not supported on SUBNET TYPE
Description: TCP–IP Stack detected a configuration error (DDN, IPCHAN, or
IPPDN). A SUBNET statement specifies RIP=YES, but the TYPE parameter indicates
an incompatible value. The TCP–IP Stack program product generates this CENLOG.
Action: Remove the RIP parameter. Verify that the correct TYPE parameter was
used.
RIP: Route table allocation failure
Description: RIP cannot acquire enough memory for its routing table. The routing
information protocol module for the TCP–IP Stack program product generates this
CENLOG.
