Event 8 QUEUE ACCESS / ADDITION ERROR<br />

SNA: 679 – ‘CPA$AQL’ failed: Error code = %%%%, Queue Num =<br />

Description: This message occurs when the <strong>DCP</strong>/OS is unable to successfully add a<br />

que to the calling procedure’s queue list. The % represents a hexadecimal number.<br />

SNA: 1005 – Queue list manipulation error<br />

Description: This new boundary function (NBF) handles all of the management<br />

messages for 3270 connected devices, IBF connections to NCPs, and connections to<br />

NT 2.1 devices. The probable cause is a software problem.<br />

TSTN<br />

Description: SYSTSTRK or UDLC ask to put QCT indexes into TSTN’s queue list;<br />

however, TSTN’s queue list is full; not enough space reserved. Command disregarded;<br />

no queue added to queue list. <strong>Telcon</strong> generates this CENLOG.<br />

X.25: Memory Too Low For PDNTRK To Add Queues<br />

Description: The <strong>DCP</strong>-to-<strong>DCP</strong> module (PDNTRK) was unable to successfully expand<br />

its queue list in order to add DNS’s output queues. The reason is probably because of<br />

insufficient buffer space. The PDNTRK module pauses and attempts to expand its<br />

queue list again at three second intervals until successful.<br />

Attributes affected: Supplementary text message, recoverable error. The X.25<br />

PSCS program product generates this CENLOG. Procedure: PDNTRK.<br />

X.25: Up/Down Line Error in MLP Procedure<br />

Description: An error occurred in one of the following <strong>DCP</strong>OS service calls:<br />

CPA$AQL, CPA$DQUE, CPA$GQN, OR CPA$RQL.<br />

R8: The nth PDNGRP statement specified in the configuration<br />

R9: <strong>DCP</strong>OS error code<br />

R14: Port Processor Identifier (PPID)<br />

Attributes affected: line event, and configuration event. The X.25 PSCS program<br />

product generates this CENLOG. Procedure: PDNMLP.<br />
