Event 12 TCP–IP GATEWAY EVENT<br />

IP: DOWN PDTE CMD NOT IMPLEMENTED FOR<br />

INTERNET (DDN X.25) CONNECTIONS<br />

Description: A response to a DOWN PDTE command. IP does not process this<br />

command, so although the DTE is set DOWN (if configured), existing connections to<br />

this DTE are not cleared. The TCP–IP Stack program product generates this<br />

CENLOG.<br />

IP: DTEADR PARAMETER MISSING ON PDNGRP<br />

Description: IP requires the DTEADDR parameter on the PDNGRP statement when<br />

the SUBNET is of TYPE=DDN. The TCP–IP Stack program product generates this<br />

CENLOG.<br />

IP: DUPLICATE ADR MAP = !<br />

Description: IP detected an internal error. This may indicate a serious software<br />

fault. The TCP–IP Stack program product generates this CENLOG.<br />

IP: DUPLICATE MESSAGE STILL PRESENT<br />

Description: IP detected an internal error. This may indicate a serious software<br />

fault. The TCP–IP Stack program product generates this CENLOG.<br />

IP: DUPLICATE OPTION RECEIVED<br />

Description: IP received two identical IP options in the same datagram. The second<br />

option will be ignored. Another TCP/IP host may be having a problem. The TCP–IP<br />

Stack program product generates this CENLOG.<br />

IP: DUPLICATE SAP-S: LINE STE = #<br />

Description: TCP–IP Stack detected a configuration error. More than one SAP<br />

statement with the same type DLCUNIT point at the line. The TCP–IP Stack program<br />

product generates this CENLOG.<br />

Action: Verify that the DCLUNIT statements are correct.<br />

Note: TCP–IP Stack does not require the configuration of SAP and DLCUNIT<br />

statements.<br />

IP: ERROR IN SUBNET CONFIGURATION<br />

Description: IP received a message for which no corresponding SUBNET<br />

configuration exists. The TCP–IP Stack program product generates this CENLOG.<br />
