X.25 PSCS Initialization Error Codes
Table B–1 lists X.25 PSCS initialization codes and explains what each means.
Code
(Hex)
Table B–1. X.25 PSCS Initialization Error Codes
Explanation
0002 X.25 PSCS is unable to register its extension name (X25) with Telcon’s NMS
registration procedure. (Initialization is complete, however.)
0004 X.25 PSCS is unable to obtain the DCA queue number associated with the X.25
PSCS NMS queue. (Initialization is complete, however.)
0005 X.25 PSCS was unable to obtain the DCE Networking Feature’s DCA queue
(using DCP/OS service CPA$QL1X). Though initialization for X.25 PSCS is
complete, the interface to DCE Networking software is not. R10 contains the
DCP/OS error code.
0008 The table type associated with a DTE statement was neither a trunk, cluster, or
DCATS.
0009 More than 15 DTE address digits are specified on the DTEADR parameter. R10
contains the DTE STE index.
0010 No remote DTE address (DTEADR parameter) is specified on a DTE statement.
0020 No more dynamic system segments are available from DCP/OS. The
configuration may be too large or the operating system may not have enough
system segments to allocate (BUILD) directive SST).
0040 The accumulated sizes of internal table structures exceed the system segment
size (4K bytes). Possible causes include too many logical channels specified
on the PDNGRP statements or too many DTE statements referencing a
PDNGRP statement.
0041 Maximum number of PDNGRP statements is exceeded.
0042 Maximum number of TRUNK statements associated with PDNs is exceeded.
0200 The required VCGRP keyword is missing from a PDNGRP statement.
2002 NDS type other than a LINE statement references a PDNGRP statement as its
parent or not NDS references a PDNGRP.
2003 The required DTETYPE keyword is missing from a DTE statement.
