Sense Data<br />

The IBM sense code descriptions in this section are used with the permission of<br />

International Business Machines Corporation. This section also provides information on<br />

sense data specific to <strong>Unisys</strong>.<br />

SNA sense data is a four-byte field consisting of two bytes of sense code and two bytes of<br />

sense code specific information (see Table D–1). The two-byte sense code consists of a<br />

one-byte category and a one-byte modifier. The information presented in this section is<br />

concerned only with the sense code. For sense code specific information, refer to the<br />

appropriate IBM documentation.<br />
