Event 15 CONFIGURATION ERROR DETECTED / UNDEFINED
XPLS: SUPERFLUOUS ACK REC'D–DISCARDED
Description: The Packet Layer Services feature (module PDNPLS) received an
unexpected Data Acknowledgement primitive across the Layer 3/4 Platform interface.
The primitive is ignored. This event includes a copy of its DTP/DTE interface table
entry.
R15: Virtual address event occurred in procedure PPLS
Attributes affected: Supplementary text message. The X.25 PSCS program product
generates this CENLOG.
Action: Online configures the PDNGRP DTEADR parameter to contain less than or
equal to 14 digits (enter DTEADR = NONE to remove the DTE address). Then use the
NMS ITLN command to reinitialize the line. Procedure: PPLS.
X.25: Incoming Calls Barred (RIC), R9 = lcn
Description: The layer 3 module (PDNL3) was unable to successfully process an
incoming call packet received from the network or directly attached DTE. The packet
was received on a logical channel number that is configured to reject incoming call
packets (one-way only circuits). A clear packet is returned to the network/DAD. This
event includes the line name.
R9: Received packet’s logical channel number
Attributes affected: Supplementary text message. The X.25 PSCS program product
generates this CENLOG.
Action: Review the PDNGRP statement’s logical channel range type specified on the
VCGRP parameter. Procedure: PDNL3.
