PXCCONF
The nonfunctional version of the handler for IS–PC, IS–CS, or IS–6000 systems running
DCA TSTN over X.25 software. This procedure is defined in Telcon and is present only if
X.25 PSCS is not installed.

RCAS

REM1 Line Protocol Handler (PMLPH)
Services the line protocol for remote batch sites using the REM1 protocol.
REM1 Virtualizer Protocol Converter (RMVTR)
Converts the REM1 protocol to the RB2 host protocol for remote batch sites using the
REM1 protocol.
Remote Command Application System (RCAS)
Used for DDP file transfers. Interfaces with IPC and RFSYN. Activated by an NMS RFS
command on this DCP or another DCP, or an @IPF or @DDPFJT command on an OS
2200 Series host. Not related to the NMS XFER command.

Remote file server for DDP file transfers. Activated by an NMS RFS command on this
DCP or another DCP, or an @IPF or @DDPFJT command on an OS 2200 host. Not
related to the NMS XFER command.

Route Control (RC, RTC)
A TSTN (non-DNS) service between DCA Layer 3 and DCA Layer 2. See document
number SH06655 or its follow-on documents for the design description of RTC within a
DCA.

Defines a set of standards for network management, including a protocol, a databasestructure
specification, and a set of data objects which are designed to run over TCP/IPbased
