Connected with the device on port nnnn
Event 7 SWITCH NOTIFICATION
Description: The control line for the device has been successfully connected and is
responding. The matrix switch handler generates this CENLOG.
Action: None.
Device not connected..full device table
Description: The LSM software’s Line Switch Control Table size has been exceeded
by attempting to connect too many line switch devices. The matrix switch handler
generates this CENLOG.
Action: Disconnect an inactive line switch device if possible and then connect the
one that caused this CENLOG message. Or reassemble other LSM software
components with the PASCAL variable LSMTblSiz increased to the number of line
switch devices plus one.
H/W alarm aaaaaaaa type: nnnn Rack: nn Address: nnnn
Description: The device has posted an error or recovery alarm message. The
aaaaaaaa field contains the error or recovery indication. Significance of the type,
rack, and address fields must be determined by a line switch engineer. The matrix
switch handler generates this CENLOG.
Action: These messages (alarms) can occur and no action is required; however, this
must be determined by the user. If action is required, contact your Unisys
representative.
HOST DOWN NO SWITCH
Description: Neither Telcon node has a channel open to the host. It is assumed that
the host is down and no resilient switch is affected. Telcon generates this CENLOG.
Action: Bring the host back up.
HOST UP SWITCH
Description: A critical host channel has failed on the online Telcon node. The
alternate Telcon node still has a channel open to the host, so a resilient switch is
affected. Telcon generates this CENLOG.
Action: Bring the failed host channel back into operation.
