Event 4 EVENT/ERROR DETECTED AT L4 (TRANSPORT)
DCE FEATURE–CONFIGURATION ERROR
Description: The DCE Feature module (PDNNET) was unable to successfully
process one of its configuration statements.
R13: Virtual address in PDNNET module in which error occurred
R15: Error codes:
=7 An X25NET statement doesn’t reference an XEU statement. The
offending statement’s STE and information table is included in this event.
=8 An X25NET statement references a statement that isn’t an XEU. The
offending statement’s STE and information table is included in this event.
=9 PDNNET received a Call Request primitive from one of the layer 4
modules, but the DTE address is invalid. That is, the format of the
address doesn’t conform to any of the DNIC or DCE node addresses
defined. The MCT containing the primitive received from layer 4 is
included in this event.
=10 A subsequent CFACCS access to the PDNNET EU statement has failed.
This is a software error in either CFACCS or the PDNNET work area
buffer has become corrupted. The STE and information table accessed is
included in this event.
Attributes affected: Supplementary text message, Error event. The X.25 PSCS
program product generates this CENLOG. Procedure: PDNETP.
DCE FEATURE–DCA MESSAGE DISCARDED
Description: The DCE Feature module (PDNNET) received an unknown or
unexpected message type from DTP, or PDNNET was unable to successfully process
the DTP HIC string. The first part of the message buffer received from DTP is
included in this event.
R11: If unknown, contains message type code received
R13: Virtual address in PDNNET module in which error occurred
Attributes affected: Supplementary text message, Error event. The X.25 PSCS
program product generates this CENLOG. Procedure: PDNETP.
