Description: This message indicates a software error. You should report it to your
Unisys representative, including the register contents. The TCP–IP Stack program
product generates this CENLOG.
ETNDCA: TS ABORTED, NOT LOCALLY RECOVERABLE!
Description: This message is generated when the TCP–IP Stack detects that a
DCATS application (IS–PC, IS–CS, or IS–6000) is no longer readable. It means that
Telcon no longer attempts to read the application, and instead waits for the
