DCE FEATURE–LAYER FOUR MESSAGE DISCARDED
Description: The DCE feature module (PDNNET) received an unknown or
unexpected primitive from one of the layer 4 modules. The MCT containing the
PCALL packet received from layer 4 is included in this event.

Attributes affected: Supplementary text message, Error event. The X.25 PSCS
program product generates this CENLOG. Procedure: PDNETP.
DCE FEATURE–NOT INITIALIZED
Description: The DCE feature module (PDNNET) is unable to successfully complete
initialization. Reasons include not being able to reroute items intended for layer 3’s
(PDNL3 module’s) queue to PDNNET.
