Event 10 RESILIENCY EVENT NOTIFICATION
Resiliency Event Notification
Description: This CENLOG provides information about a resilient SRC switch that
has occurred. Telcon generates this CENLOG.
Action: The following items should be investigated by the system analyst or
customer engineer to determine the cause of the problem:
• CENLOG supplementary message
• Telcon configuration
• DCP and related hardware
• Telcon dump
Supplementary Messages for Class 11, Event 10
HB Receive Timer Timeout
Description: SRC has sent a heartbeat to the alternate Telcon in a resilient
environment. A heartbeat has not been returned in the allotted amount of time.
Action: SRC issues a resume heartbeat command. If the resume fails, then the cause
of the inability of the two Telcons to communicate needs to be determined.
Switch/Status-Confirm Timer Timeout
Description: A resilient SRC switch is in progress but the switch did not complete in
the allotted amount of time.
Action: The cause of the switch failure needs to be determined.
