Description: Insufficient space on a disk for a new file or insufficient space in a file
for the requested operation. Telcon generates this CENLOG.
Action: Delete unnecessary files or recatalog larger files, as per the following
supplementary messages.

DSA: DIB OVERFLOW–NAME ENTRY FOR name FAILED
Description: The directory information base (DIB) file is too small for the requested
configuration. Telcon generates this CENLOG.
Action: Perform these tasks in the following order: (1) Terminate the Telcon and
DSA runs; (2) Delete the existing DIB file; (3) Catalog a larger DIB file; (4) Start the
DSA program; (5) Run the BLDDIB utility; (6) Start Telcon.
DSA: DIB VERTEX TABLE OVERFLOW–name NOT INSTALLED
Description: The DSA has received a request that requires a new entry in an already
full vertex table within the directory information base (DIB). Telcon generates this
CENLOG.
