Description: Insufficient system resources. Telcon generates this CENLOG.
Action: At this point, the system is very low on free buffer space. The operator could
slow traffic on the communication lines until the problem clears up. If this is not
satisfactory or the problem does not clear up, take a system dump of the Telcon node
and give it to the appropriate Unisys representative.
Description: Could not obtain a DSSN for the RT$ routing table, or could not obtain
a PST. Telcon generates this CENLOG.
Description: An error occurred while building the route control trunk table (TD$).
Telcon generates this CENLOG.
Description: DUC SN$ table was not available for route control to register. Telcon
generates this CENLOG.
