MASS STORAGE ACCESS ERROR
Description: A mass storage file request, such as a READ or WRITE, was made
either from an operator at a system console or from a procedure. An error status was
returned after the request. This could be due to either a physical hardware error or to
operational conflicts. Telcon generates this CENLOG.
Action: Attempt to use disk commands for the suspected disk volumes. If this error
repeats itself and if operational conflicts are not suspected, then request that an
engineer run some diagnostic testing on that volume. As a last resort, that volume can
be reformatted or reprepped using DCP/OS commands. Refer to the DCP/OS
Operations Reference Manual (7831 5702).
CFACCS: FILE CATALOGUE ERROR: XXXXX
Description: Configuration file could not be expanded because a scratch file could
not be catalogued. The file manager error code has been translated to an error
message and will be appended dynamically to the right of this message.

Description: Error return from a call to file control. Input is discarded. Telcon
generates this CENLOG.
