Event 2 LINE DISCONNECTION (ABNORMAL)
PDNSVS
Description: The Common Network Management Service (CNMS) X.25 interface
module in PDNSVS received an unrecoverable line-error notification. The reason code
is unknown (not documented by CNMS). This event could include the LINE name.

Attributes affected: Supplementary text message, Line event, Line Control Block
(LCB) address may be in Register R11. The X.25 PSCS program product generates this
CENLOG.

Received “frame type” in ITS
Description: The Common Network Management Service (CNMS) X.25 interface
module in PDNSVS received an unrecoverable line-error notification. The port
processor received a particular frame type while in the information transfer state. In
some cases, the frame type is a protocol violation; in other cases, the frame type
causes a procedural termination of the information transfer state. The possible frame
types include the following: FRMR, SABM, DM, DISC, and unsolicited UA, and any
response frame containing an unsolicited F–bit. Also note that in some parameter
definitions of the network type (see the X25DEF statement’s NETWORK parameter),
one or more of these frame types does not cause an unrecoverable line-error
notification. Network parameter definitions are configured by the X25DEF
statement’s L2OPT parameter, or those values defined for a particular network type.
This event could include the LINE name.
