Event 11 MAXIMUM TABLE-SIZE LIMIT REACHED

Description: This event occurs if the remote operator at an NTR site is attempting to
start up an input device when the DCP is in a soft-throttle or hard-throttle situation, in
which case the DCP does not have the resources to run the input device. In this case,
the request for input device initialization is ignored, and the remote operator can retry
the keyin later. This event is displayed so that the Telcon system operator can answer
queries from the remote NTR operator as to why input cannot be started. If the
system gets out of hard or soft throttle, input starts up normally. If this event happens
frequently, changes should be made to the configuration to keep the system from
running low on storage. Other information logged:
R14: The PPID of the line the NTR site is on
R15: The device number of the input device being denied initialization
Telcon generates this CENLOG.
SNMP 302 Unable to allocate peer table entry for port nn
Description: This event reports the inability of an SNMP Agent to coordinate with
another Agent using an ICS connection. It indicates either a lack of sufficient
memory, or possibly corrupted memory.
More than one SNMP Agent is loaded and configured within the same ICS domain. As
each Agent initializes, it forms an ICS connection and passes coordination data
messages with all other Agents so that all Agents can determine which one becomes
active. Either a run time table entry could not be obtained upon receiving the ICS
connection indication, or the table entry could not be obtained upon receiving a
subsequent coordination message from another Agent.
Variable: nn The ILM port of the SNMP Agent that initiated the ICS connection or
sent the coordination message.
Action: This event is related to memory limitations. Check the ILM port where the
SNMP Agent is configured and choose an ILM with more memory.
This event could be reported by an SNMP Agent that will not become active; it could
adversely impact the Agent that is intended to become active. If memory limitations
have been considered and this event is reported, dump the ILM.
If no SNMP Agent is currently active, either restart ICS or reload all ILMs containing a
configured SNMP Agent to recover from the problem.
